ECSR is pleased to support the Terry Vaughn Memorial Referee Day in remebrance of Iowa FIFA Referee Terry Vaughn. Terry sadly passed away from Huntington's Disease in 2023. Featuring the former FIFA World Cup Referee and Referee Instructor Esse Baharmast and other prominent individuals dedicated to the success of referees and the collegiate game.
